Division Spring Kickoff Recap
The Student Affairs team kicked off the spring semester on January 13, energized and ready to tackle the semester ahead. We celebrated last semester’s notable achievements and aligned on key priorities for spring. The highlight of the day was an engaging collaborative exercise modeled after the Mystery Game format. Cross-functional teams became investigators, diving deep into how various departments interact—or fail to interact—in supporting student success. Through lively discussion and creative problem-solving, teams uncovered critical gaps, identified root causes, and developed innovative collaborative solutions to strengthen our collective support of students. The exercise sparked crucial conversations about breaking down silos and revealed opportunities for enhanced coordination. It was a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when we work together with intention and creativity.
