As was shared in a previous message to campus, the Presidential Search Committee has decided to utilize a representational model for the search. In this model, expanded groups representing all university constituencies (faculty, staff, shared governance partners, management/confidential administrators, and student leaders) will meet with the Search Committee’s selected semifinalists during on-campus interviews. To protect the confidentiality of the invited candidates, participants will sign non-disclosure agreements and provide their feedback to the Search Committee following the candidate visits, ensuring that their input and that of the constituents they represent is heard.

Because of the larger pool size of eligible faculty and staff employees, we are soliciting nominations of individuals to represent these two groups. Nomination forms are now live and nominations will close on Friday, March 27.
