Benchmark: 100% of students should meet or exceed standards

Give students a score for each row of the rubric. Average the scores for 2a and 2b. That gives you two scores.
Convert to a 100-point scale and average the scores. Use the average to sort students into the appropriate performance category.

Example:

Learning Outcome Score
Row 1: 8.5 85
Row 2a: 7.5 75
Row 2b: 8 80
Average of 2a and 2b 77.5
Average Overall (Row 1 + 2a/2b Average) 81 (Student meets)
