World Languages General Education Rubric

SLOs: Students will

  •  exhibit basic proficiency in the understanding and use of a world language; and
  • demonstrate knowledge of the distinctive features of culture(s) associated with the language they are studying.

SLO Proficiency

Student achievement for listening, reading, and writing is assessed via common final exams. Scores are based on % of correct responses to comprehension questions or prompts. All scores are calculated on a 100-pt scale.
