All items are scored from 1-5 and summed within each bolded area. Subsequently, each area is weighted to be 25% of the total score as noted below.
Project Description (25%)
- Project is clearly described with sufficient detail.
- Short- and long-term (if any) objectives of project are clearly outlined, reasonable and measurable.
- Implementation plan is realistic given the time frame & resources.
Project Alignment (25%)
- Strength of alignment with the University’s strategic plan (identified goal and objective)
Assessment Plan (25%)
- Specific assessment measures are tied to each short-term objective.
- The assessment plan is reasonable.
- The assessment plan includes a reasonable timeline for data collection.
Budget (25%)
- Budget is appropriately itemized.
- Budget narrative clearly explains AND justifies costs.
- Expenses are appropriate and necessary given the size and scope of the project.
