Yesterday was a great celebration of Brad’s career and impact on the SUNY Brockport campus. Thanks to everyone who was able to make it to the festivities and wish him well on his next journey. We are lucky to be able to keep him around on a part-time basis through the rest of 2024. Thanks, Brad, for everything!

As was noted last month and highlighted again in this week’s Daily Eagle, the Division recently won seven awards in recognition of its work to support the university. The following four were from SUNYCUAD:
- Best of Category — Excellence in Strategy/Marketing Programs: Affordability Campaign
- Best of Category — Excellence in Design/Single Page Publications: Undergraduate Admissions Accept Packet
- Best of Category — Excellence in Strategy/Alumni Relations Programs: Ellsworth’s Party Pack
- Judge’s Citation — Excellence in Strategy/Special Events: Almost Alum Block Party
The following three awards were received from the Rochester Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) at their annual PRism Award Ceremony:
- PRism (top award) — Direct Mail: Undergraduate Admissions Yield Email Campaign
- PRism — Video: Begin Your Excellence Journey
- Award of Excellence — Newsletters: The Port
As far as we can tell, this was THE most successful award season our Division has ever experienced! Kudos to all!!
- Thanks to everyone who is part of the multiple searches that have been going on within our Division over the past few weeks. It’s typically a busy time of the year as we wrap up the fiscal year, but this year has been ever more so. We expect to share news of these changes and welcome new colleagues in the coming weeks.
- Keep working on your 2023-24 evaluations and 2024-25 performance programs with your supervisors. The target date is always July 1.
