- We are welcoming THREE new team members with this newsletter. Each will start in early June:

- All of our new team members will be located on the 3rd floor. Amy will now take up permanent residence on the first floor and Dan Lynd will be moving into the office right off the 3rd floor elevator (317A). If you need a new roster with updated office spaces and phone numbers, it is in the shared drive (or see Amy).
- Tonight is the annual University Recognition Dinner and two of the retirees are former divisional colleagues: Joanne Kershner and Brad Schreiber. It will be nice to honor them along with the other retirees and campus award recipients.
- Thank you, once again, to everyone for your assistance with the memorable Commencement festivities! If you have any thoughts on how to make a great few days even better, please provide your feedback to Dan (Commencement) or Betsy and Amada H. (Senior Week).
- The summer Work From Home (WFH) schedule has started and is posted in the shared drive. Please make any updates as needed.
- Our annual divisional trip to the suite at a Rochester Red Wings game is Thursday, June 12. First pitch is at 1:05 pm. Please let Amy know ASAP regarding your attendance. We’re hoping everyone can make it!
- As everyone has seen, all employees are required to complete the 2024-25 Internal Control Mandatory Training, a short mandatory training session regarding internal controls, and the employee’s responsibility to uphold them. Please be sure you have accomplished this task before the May 30 deadline.
- After today I will be on vacation until June 5. I’ll see some of you that day at the SUNYCUAD Conference.
