Tickets are required for all guests (including children two years and older) attending the morning or afternoon Commencement ceremonies.
How to claim guest tickets
Guest tickets will be available from noon on April 14 until 11:59 pm on May 5 . Each student is allowed six (6) tickets. After that, any unclaimed tickets will be automatically donated to the unused ticket pool and you will no longer have access to them. All guests (except children under two years) must present a printed ticket at the door for admittance into the Field House.
- On Friday, April 11 you will receive an email from commencement@brockport.edu with a link to create your AudienceView account where you will claim your ceremony guest tickets.
- Please note: You must fill out the Commencement Ceremony Sign Up Form to be entered into the ticket system.
- On Monday, April 14 you will receive an email from noreply@audienceview.com with a link to claim your six (6) tickets. You will have from noon on April 14 until 4 pm on May 5 to claim your tickets.
- After you claim your six (6) tickets, you can submit to a Waitlist for more tickets. The Waitlist opens at noon on April 14 and closes at 4 pm on May 15.
- Waitlist tickets will be reviewed and will start being honored, if able, from May 7 - 15 (until 4 pm).
- Right now, we cannot guarantee more tickets, due to capacity restrictions and the graduating class size.
- If more tickets can be released, you will receive another email stating that your request has been accepted and you must login to the ticketing platform to receive these tickets.
- We would like to ask that you be patient during the ticketing process.
- Tickets will be first-come, first-served.
- Availability of extra tickets is based on the amount of unclaimed/donated tickets and the number of students attending the ceremony.
No ticket?
Guests without tickets can watch the ceremony live on a large screen in the Vlogianitis Gym in Tuttle North.
The ceremony will be streamed live on the homepage of the University’s website, so your friends and family can watch you walk across the stage from just about anywhere.
The resale of Commencement tickets is not a practice supported by the institution. The Commencement Committee is happy to assist with the exchange of tickets not needed by individual students.
