The fully online program equips students with critical leadership skills and knowledge necessary to implement systemic change across diverse educational organizations, including PK-12 institutions and two- and four-year higher education institutions.

This program addresses the growing need for innovative educational leaders who can navigate complex challenges in today’s evolving educational landscape. The United States Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) projects a 14.5% increase in jobs for postsecondary education administrators in New York over the next 10 years.

Curriculum

Graduates will be prepared to address cross-functional challenges, identify and implement growth opportunities, and foster effective learning environments based on data-driven processes. The program’s comprehensive curriculum combines cutting-edge leadership theory with practical applications relevant to today’s educational settings.

The 54-credit program follows a cohort model, allowing students to complete their doctorate in just three years while taking two courses per semester year-round. This structure promotes peer collaboration and professional networking throughout the educational journey.
