Language Certificate

SUNY’s first language micro-credential can be taken in conjunction with any major. By completing a language certificate, you’ll be well on your way to fluency in a second language and enhancing your career.

Languages Offered at SUNY Brockport

Unless there is exceptional demand, the following languages are offered only through the beginning level (111).

  • American Sign Language
  • Italian
  • Japanese

A series of culture courses in English (FCE) satisfies several college-wide General Education requirements.
