Are available for school age students during the academic year and the summer. Tutors supplement and support, but do not replace services required to be provided by the district.
Lessons for young adults who have limited English proficiency. These lessons can be held at home, online or in other public spaces, during daytime or evening hours.
Is offered year-round to the young farm workers who are not attending school in an effort to help reconnect them to educational programming.
Offers educational career information while exploring activities for students to help motivate them to finish high school and go beyond. Workshops with students have incorporated topics such as art, identity development, high school orientation, and community service-learning opportunities
For parents to learn and develop skills needed when advocating for their children. Information such as:
Effective use of interpreters,
college financial aid,
special education,
social emotional learning,
graduation pathways and requirements,
and health.
Other parent events have included a Math & Literacy carnival that combines learning with family fun.
Meets regularly to make recommendations to the staff regarding planning and operating the program.
Such as field trips, college visits, art and skill building workshops are available to interested students.
To food pantries, clothing shelves, Migrant Head Start, BOCES, Health Services, etc. are available to all families with whom we work.
Include educational learning packets that foster skill development. Tutoring is available for students not enrolled in other programs.
