How to connect with the Counseling Center

1. Visit us in-person

Come to the Counseling Center during regular business hours:
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:45 pm

2. Fill out the online Start Counseling Request form

Use the MyHazen Portal to login into the Counseling Clinic Portal. Click on “Forms” on the homepage, then click on the “Start Counseling Request Form.”

3. Call us

Call the Counseling Center at (585) 395-2414 to complete a phone screening and schedule an appointment.

4. Submit a contact form
