Enrolling in direct deposit means that your paycheck will be sent directly to your bank account. If you would like to receive your paycheck automatically in this way, make sure to select “yes” to the question “Do you want to be paid via Direct Deposit?” on the top of the page.
If you do not wish to be paid via direct deposit, paychecks will be mailed to your address on record. Please note that this may be your home address.
To enroll in direct deposit, please fill out at least sections A and C on the Direct Deposit form. You will then have to sign and date on the last page. There is also a checkbox on the last page that you can select if you do not want to receive paper paystubs in the mail (we recommend checking this box). Paystubs are available online.
If you wish to enroll in direct deposit, you must also provide a Direct Deposit Authorization Form from your bank. Please note that this will look different for every banking institution.
This form must be filled electronically and brought with you to your Student Employment Paperwork appointment. Alternatively, you may bring a voided check that is associated with your bank account.
