New Employee Paperwork

If you have not previously worked at SUNY Brockport, you are required to complete new employee paperwork. This must be completed before you start in your position.

After your supervisor submits a referral to hire you, you will receive an email from Student Employment with a subject of “Complete Your Student Employment Paperwork.” This email contains a link to the paperwork, along with instructions for completing it.

Please note: You will need your social security number (SSN) to complete the paperwork. If you have a receipt from Social Security Administration and are awaiting your SSN, or if you do not have your SSN, please contact studentemployment@brockport.edu for assistance.
