- choosing a major

Growth
Growth comes with increased exposure and responsibilities on and off campus. Achieve growth through:
- internships
- research projects
- involvement in student organizations
- attending conferences or community events
Leadership
Build leadership skills through overseeing and managing tasks and learning your own individual style of leadership. Become a leader by:
- holding an officer position in a club
- leading projects
- serving on campus-wide committees
- taking on elevated roles, such as: Resident Assistant, Peer Mentor, & Orientation Leader
- starting a student club
