About Dance Awareness Days

Dance Awareness Days, organized by the Student Dance Organization and hosted by the Department of Dance, have long been a tradition of the Spring semester at Brockport.

Departmental classes, such as ballet, improvisation, and dance for musical theatre, will be open March 6 - 7. Guest Artist workshops will begin March 7 and showcase a variety of genres including folk dance, West African dance, voguing, and even professional development workshops through March 9.

Any and all Brockport students, staff, faculty, and members of the local community are invited. All classes are free. Class schedules with locations can be browsed via the link below.
