The 2026 PFL premium rate and the maximum weekly employee contribution for coverage will be 0.432% (0.00432) of an employee’s weekly wage. The maximum employee premium deduction for Paid Family Leave will be $411.91 per year. This effective for all 2026 paychecks, beginning with paycheck dated January 14, 2026.
