Education & Human Development Professors Present at Mornings with the Professors

Natalie Sue Svrcek, Kathleen Colantonio-Yurko, and Henry “Cody” Miller presented their emerging research on using kids and young adult literature to teach for social justice to attendees at Mornings with the Professors.

Their research stems from a national grant they received to develop an institute that prepares K-12 teachers for social justice teaching using literature. The year-long institute is currently underway.
