Statement of objectives

In a well-developed essay of 500 to 750 words, please submit a statement of your objectives for undertaking the online graduate study program in school health education at SUNY Brockport. Discuss your professional and academic strengths, goals, and passion for pursuing the degree of school health education. Describe the ways you have and/or will demonstrate your commitment to achieving academic success in a rigorous online graduate program.

Proof of NYS initial certification

Please note: School Health Education Pre-K-12 First Initial, MSEd does not require initial certification.

Currently, certified teachers or soon-to-be certified teachers must submit proof of your NYS initial teaching certificate. Applicants unable to provide such proof at the time of application must hold the appropriate teaching certificate before beginning graduate study. Please email your NYS Initial Certification to gradappdocs@brockport.edu.
