What support services are offered at SUNY Brockport?
I need a counselor, where do I start?
- Log into your myHazen account and self-schedule an open access or triage appointment
- Meet with a staff member to discuss available counseling services and determine the best fit for you
- Stop by the counseling office to schedule an appointment at the reception desk
- Call the counseling office to schedule your initial appointment
I’m struggling with a course, how do I get a tutor?
- Log into Eagle Success to see if a tutor is assigned to your course to schedule an appointment directly
- Visit the ASC tutoring website to search for tutors by course
- If no tutor is assigned to your class, submit a tutor request through the ASC tutoring page and a someone will follow up and help match you with a tutor
