Leadership: Support the management and oversight of HPPE including Peer
Educator staff (~10 student workers, year-round) scheduling, shift coverage, training and onboarding and meeting 1:1. Support with planning and facilitating
staff meetings and team building activities.
Reporting and Compliance: Support the preparation of reports for
programming, trends and utilization at the department, division, and university
level.
Programming: Support with planning, implementing and evaluating HPPE
programs and events. Collaborate with Residential Life and Learning
Communities (RLLC) to manage peer education programs in the residence
halls, including but not limited to reviewing requests, assigning staff and
coordinating logistics. Facilitate department training including but not limited to
bystander intervention training for all incoming students. Oversee the online
ordering program for safer sex supplies and menstrual products.
Marketing & Promotion: Support social media management for the department
including creating content, campaign coordination, collaboration with Hazen
and other partners, and evaluating reach. Contribute to communication
features in the Daily Eagle, Things to Know, Stylus newspaper, etc. Support
website updates to ensure content is up to date and accessible.
Administrative Support: Various tasks related to correspondence, signage, task
delegation, monitoring trends, and identifying opportunities to improve.
