Under the guidance of Dr. Eric Owusu, Computer Information Systems students, Huseen Munye, Adam Thomas, Aschby Gurpersand, and Mackenzie Hiddie, have worked on the backend development of the Tree app.
The development of the app began last year with this spring semester focused on increased engagement, intuitive design, and reliability and functionality across different devices.
The Mayor of Brockport, Margaret Blackman is confident that the Village Tree app will positively impact users’ health and well-being and is preparing for a public launch.
