I won the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship. It is allowing me to receive funds to put toward any of my study abroad expenses. It is a direct payment to the student which allows you to use it for anything that could help make the study abroad expenses easier. I applied for this scholarship simply to help with funding this program along with being a Gilman scholarship which had several perks and allows you to have access to their staff who is very helpful and understanding.
I would like to thank the financial aid office who told me about this scholarship, I wouldn’t have known about it otherwise so thank you to the financial aid office for being so helpful.
