How to Make a Payment Online

Students can use the QuikPAY system to make online payments; it’s safe, secure and convenient! Students can remit payment 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, and may choose to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) or electronic check (U.S. checking or savings account). Even better, there are no fees assessed for paying online. Credit card and E-check information is encrypted and protected using the highest industry standards.

To remit payment online, students should:

1. Access Student Accounts
2. Select the “Student Payment Login” button under Online Bill Payment
3. Log in using your Brockport Net ID and password 
4. Follow the prompts to make payment

QuikPAY will send an email notification to your Brockport.edu account alerting you your payment request was received; that email will include a payment confirmation number. We recommend submitting payment several days prior to the published payment deadline in order to ensure a successful transaction.

If your student has established you as a QuikPAY “authorized user”, congratulations! You are now able to view your student’s electronic billing statement(s) and remit payment on his/her behalf. The QuikPAY system is secure and convenient! To view your student’s electronic billing statement, or pay online, AUTHORIZED USERS should:

1. Access Student Accounts
2. Select the “Authorized User Login” button under Online Bill Payment
3. Log in using the User ID and password your student requested on your behalf   *NOTE: Students will create a unique user name/logon and temporary password for anyone they authorize, and will provide that information to the authorized user. In order to ensure the security of your information, the University is unable to access/provide that information to you.
4. Select the desired option(s) from the menu on the left of the screen

Authorized users will be prompted to change their password upon their initial login to the QuikPAY system.

SUNY Brockport partners with Flywire to provide a secure, convenient way for international students to make tuition and fee payments. Flywire allows you to pay from your home country, in your local currency, and track your payment online from start to finish.

How to Make a Payment Through Flywire

1. Click “Student Payment Login” on Student Accounts bill payment site.
2. Log in using your Brockport Net ID and password
3. On the “Make Payment” page, select the amount you wish to pay.
4. On the “Payment Method” page, select Flywire.
5. You will be redirected to the Flywire site. Follow the prompts to set up your payment.

Important Notes

• Make sure to start your payment early. International transactions can take several days to process.
• Once you submit your payment, sign up on the Flywire portal to track your payment status.
