- Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues related to course delivery and provide ongoing Brightspace support.
- Course Reviews: Review courses to ensure they meet quality standards and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assessment Development: Help design assessments that accurately measure student learning and provide meaningful feedback.
- Documentation and Resources: Create documentation and resources to assist faculty in course development and delivery.
