Faculty & Staff IDs

Welcome to SUNY Brockport! Below is the process for new faculty and staff requesting an ID card. This process is for new ID cards only, and new employees must have received their NetID to begin this process. 

If your ID card is lost or stolen we recommend that you deactivate your card until you either get a temporary card or purchase a new card. See the Lost Campus ID webpage for more information.

How to Request Your Campus ID Card

  1. Download the GET App from the Apple or Android store. The app is managed by CBORD Group, Inc.
  2. Sign in using your NetID and password. This is the same NetID and password you would use to access your Brockport email address.
  3. Once successfully logged in, click on the menu icon at the top right hand corner and choose “Settings”.
  4. Click “Upload Photo
  5. Upload your ID appropriate photo and click “Done” to submit your photo.
  6. You will receive an email confirmation, at your Brockport email address, if your photo was approved or denied based on the photo regulations listed below.

Tip: If you are unable to sign into the GET app from your mobile device, try the online portal.

Receiving your Campus ID Card

All new employees’ ID cards will be mailed internally to their campus mailbox. 

Note: Please allow at least one week after receiving the photo approved notification in the GET app, before attempting to check the status of your ID card request. Business hours for the Conrad Welcome Center can be found on their website.
