Advertising & Sponsorship
- Proof of ad is required prior to payment. Please use one of the following methods to provide proof.
- A tear sheet
- Screen shot of actual ad
- Affidavit confirming the ad ran
If P-Card eligible, please retain the required documentation for your P-Card records.
Social Media Advertising
- Social Media advertising must be done through University Communications or if for a Fine Arts Department, through the Arts Events Manager only.
