The Leadership Development Program (LDP) offers mentoring opportunities for students looking to build relationships with a mentor figure. Potential mentors include faculty/staff from different departments across campus as well as student leaders currently enrolled in the Capstone level of LDP. Leadership mentors provide students with a safe environment to openly express their experiences and challenges while learning from both failures and successes. Mentors offer personalized feedback to support student growth and development in the program.
