Summer 2026 On-Campus Housing
The Summer 2026 On-Campus Housing Application will open April 1st 2026 and close May 11th, 2026
- On-campus housing will be available in The Student Townhomes
- This option is for current SUNY Brockport students and is available between Monday, May 18th and Saturday August 8th, where students will be able to immediately check into their Fall 2026 housing assignment.
- To be eligible to live on-campus during Summer 2026, you must:
- be currently enrolled in spring 2026 course(s)
- be currently living in on-campus housing for the spring 2026 term
- be enrolled in at least one summer session course during the session course or participating in Summer Research or other approved Summer Programs.
- The deadline to sign up for Summer Housing is May 11th at 08:00 AM
Student Townhome Accommodations
- Climate Controlled
- Furnished accommodations include single bedroom and kitchen
- WiFi and all utilities included
- Free laundry

Register for Summer On-Campus Housing
If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Residential Life/Learning Communities at (585) 395-2122 or email housing@brockport.edu. Summer assignments will be posted in the online housing portal on May 14th, by 5:00pm.
Check-In Procedure
- All summer residential students must check into The Student Townhomes on Monday May 18th, 2026 between 11am-1pm. However, some townhome units may not be available until 3pm. While your unit is being prepared, you would be able to wait in the Townhome Community Center.
- Summer students need to be checked out of their summer assignment no later than August 8th at Noon, where students will be able to immediately check into their Fall 2026 housing assignment. Students who entered into off-campus leases, will be responsible for securing housing, until their lease starts off-campus. Any late check outs past this time will be charged an additional rate.
- Students that are not checked out by the last day of the session they signed up for may be charged a daily rate for each additional day they occupy their room.
Policies
- All students are expected to abide by the On-Campus Housing License and Student Code of Conduct. Any student found in violation of these policies will go through the Student Conduct System and may be removed from Summer Housing.
- There will be NO meals served OR food available on-campus during the summer. Students, who remain on-campus for summer, will be responsible for preparing their own meals and securing their own food.

Check out Procedures
- In order to be properly billed for the Summer Housing, when you check-out, you must call the RA on Duty to turn in your Townhome key
- The RA will inspect your individual room to ensure it is cleaned up and no damages are left behind.
- If any damages are found, or if the room is left in poor condition, you may be charged a cleaning fee or repair fee.
- If you lost your key, you must immediately notify Residential Life by emailing housing@brockport.edu
