Leadership doesn’t begin with a title or position—it develops through everyday choices, lived experiences, and moments of uncertainty. This interactive workshop invites students to explore leadership as a values-based, collaborative process and to recognize how they are already leading in their own lives.
Through guided reflection, small-group discussion, and real-world examples, participants will examine how leadership has evolved in response to social change, social media, and shifting expectations. Students will be encouraged to identify their personal values, reflect on how those values influence decision-making, and consider how leadership shows up both online and within their communities.
Drawing from personal storytelling and practical exercises, this session will help students move from abstract ideas about leadership to concrete actions they can apply in school, work, and community settings. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of their leadership strengths and how to lead authentically—without waiting for permission or a formal role.
