  2. Provide Scholarship, Research & Sponsored Programs:
    1. The RFP, solicitation, or other announcement about the Fellowship
    2. The stipend amount and if your intention is to remain on payroll and provide the stipend to the campus or to take a leave from payroll and use the stipend funds for living expenses. *Note, there is SUNY policy dictating you may not receive more in funds than your current salary.
    3. Any documentation, certifications or other paperwork needed from the campus.
    4. All other pertinent information about the fellowship.
    5. Indicate the time-period you are anticipating for the fellowship (Fall, Spring or Year and dates).
    6. Indicate if you will be off-campus and unable to teach during the period.
    7. Provide a copy of the fellowship application for Scholarship, Research & Sponsored Programs.
  3. Scholarship, Research & Sponsored Programs will:
    1. Review, vet, and approve your application.
    2. Provide the completed Fellowship Campus Impact Statement and fellowship details to your Chair, Dean, and the Provost for approvals.
      • Approval on the Campus Impact Statement is indicative that the fellowship and time away from campus are approved if the fellowship is awarded.
  4. If awarded, please loop in Scholarship, Research & Sponsored Programs. Our office will:
    1. Inform the Chair, Dean, Provost, AVP for Finance and Management, and HR that the scholarship has been awarded.
    2. Assist with putting an article in the Daily Eagle.
