The Rose Archives are SUNY Brockport’s way of maintaining record of the college and how it has changed and grown over the years. It is a resource for many individuals both on campus and within the community. The Rose Archives are looking to establish a collection for the COVID-19 Pandemic consisting of materials that represent the impact on the campus, staff, students, and faculty. This includes photos, policies and procedures, student publications, meeting minutes, and any other materials that may be relevant.

What Types of Materials Can I Contribute?

  • Official Communications, such as emails, flyers, newsletters
  • Photographs and videos of classrooms, work spaces, dining halls, the union, etc
  • Instructional materials adapted for online or hybrid learning (syllabi, assignments, labs, etc)
  • Reflections, essays, journal entries
  • Policies and procedures
  • Meeting minutes

If you have materials that would be beneficial to contribute, please reach out to Amanda Ronkko. The Rose Archives would appreciate any contributions that capture how the pandemic impacted your department, your work, and the campus itself.
