As March draws to a close, the spring semester is in full stride, and there is much to celebrate across the division. Thank you for your continued dedication - your work continues to support student development and growth as active members of SUNY Brockport and beyond.

Happy New Year! I hope you had a restful break and are ready for an exciting spring semester. I’m pleased to share several updates and opportunities for student engagement.
As we approach finals week, I’m grateful for your partnership in supporting our students. Your hard work and dedication have been instrumental in supporting student success.
As we reach Week 9, learn what our students need most and how you can help. This month’s updates include Brock the Vote initiatives, new peer counseling hours at Hartwell Training Clinic, mental health grants, and opportunities to support student belonging and academic success.
Campus buzzes with student engagement as over 720 new students participate in Saturday of Service and 95% adopt our new Ask Ellsworth support platform. This month’s updates include strengthened campus partnerships, new residential life initiatives achieving 90% LLC retention, record-breaking wellness services, and upcoming opportunities for faculty and staff to support student success through mentorship and community engagement.
Get ready to welcome our new and returning students! This message covers essential Move-In dates (Aug 17-23), Saturday of Service volunteer opportunities, Welcome Week resources, and First Six Weeks programming funding. Your participation helps create the Brockport spirit that makes every student feel at home.
Announcing the launch of the Ellsworth Eagle AI Chatbot, a new SMS-based program designed to support student engagement and retention at Brockport. The chatbot will connect with students, answer their questions, and provide resources.
This month’s Student Affairs Newsletter highlights exciting achievements, including M&T Bank $10,000 grant to support The Pantry, the pilot launch of the Ellsworth Eagle Chatbot, and our certified Master Trainers.
