Bio
Jen joined The Bonadio Group in 2017 as a Partner in the Assurance Group. Prior to joining the firm, she spent 19 years with a large regional accounting firm, where she made history as the firm’s first female partner in 2008. In 2019, Jen transitioned her practice from assurance to outsourced accounting, where she now leads a dedicated team delivering outsourced accounting services to nonprofit organizations.
Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY College at Brockport (Class of 1998) and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York. She has been widely recognized for her professional and community impact, receiving the Rochester Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 Award in 2009, SUNY Brockport’s Alumnus of the Year Award for Outstanding Service in 2017, and the Rochester Business Journal’s Women of Excellence Award in 2023.
A passionate advocate for the nonprofit community, Jen has devoted much of her career to serving on nonprofit boards and committees. She currently serves as the Board Chair for both the YWCA of Rochester & Monroe County and HOPE585.
Jen resides in Webster, New York with her twin daughters and spends her free time supporting their interests in gymnastics and horseback riding.
